Issuing the PO#

Tap Issue to send the order to your vendor. Fillet sends an email to the address on file for that vendor.

  • Fillet assigns a permanent PO number at this point.
  • The order is now a fixed record — nothing on it can be changed.
  • Fillet logs every send attempt in Send History.

If the email doesn’t reach the vendor, Fillet will let you know. That’s a delivery problem, separate from whether the vendor has confirmed or declined the order.
