Converting to Pending#
When your order looks right, tap Convert to Pending. This is the step before sending — a chance to review everything while it’s still in one place.
What Fillet checks first#
Before it proceeds, Fillet makes sure:
- There’s at least one complete line item — an ingredient with a quantity and a unit.
- The vendor has an email address on file.
- No line items are broken. A line item can break if the unit of measurement used in its price was later deleted — rare, but Fillet will tell you if it happened.
If something is missing, Fillet tells you what it is.
What happens when it converts#
- The order locks. You can still look at it, but you can no longer change it.
- Fillet records a permanent copy of everything on the order at that moment: vendor name, email, your info, delivery address, line items, prices, notes.
- Prices are captured as they are right now — not as they were when you created the draft. If a price changed between then and now, the current price is what gets recorded.
